BINDER ALN

Binder ALN is based on acrylic co-polymers. It gives soft and durable film properties with good resistance to washing and rubbing. Good dispersibility makes it superior for longer running on machines without adverse effect on resin build up.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

APPLICATION:

A. Preparation of kerosene emulsion:

• Water:                18%
• Emulcifier             2%
• Kerosene             80%

B. In above emulsion add:

• Binder-ALN          10%
• Pigment emulsion  8%
• Fixer CCL            2 to 3%
• Catalyst             1%

After printing through drying is required to remove last tracks if kerosene oil. Quring is done at 140 deg. C to 150 deg. C for 3-5 minutes respectively.

Packing: 50 kgs carboys and 220 kgs drum
